Ok, why not with the arms a bit straighter, for a better stretch? By imitating a bear hug motion (with bent elbows) you keep tension on the chest as a whole...as you reach peak contraction,"attempt" to reach for the ceiling at the top...see what happens to your chest..."peak contraction" at its best... Theo PS:The stretch is actually enhanced this way;NOT with straight arms.
