Biggie,
Well,as a coach, all tools are necessary and viable to attain a certain goal for sure;nevertheless,it all depends on where you've been in the past with your training, diet, etc and where you "need" to be.Once your needs are assessed by a qualified coach, getting to your next point is more definitive.Once again,it might take a few programs to get from point "A" to final destination...doesn't mean you'll get there in "12 weeks" as most systems will have you believe. As for circuit training,I prefer using this type of training tool for conditioning more than any other objective.Take a peek at the "WHOLE BODY HYPERTROPHY" program though and you can see how proper application can lead to perfect both conditioning and hypertophy in general terms. It's a hybrid approach combining conditioning movements + classical bodybuilding exercises w/ a twist all into one.Hope this clarifies it!

You're in the zone right now Elli...just pay attention and focus on the larger picture! You're on your way to where you want to be...keep working hard and the hard work will get you there...no shortcuts!

I have some circuits in my program from Theo and I can tell you this...a circuit is very general term.Previously I had never obtained any results from circuits quite like this.Although I would sweat and drop some weight,I would never drop bodyfat quite like this...I'm also alot faster and agile on the ice.Love my program right now.

Brad,
You are correct...I learned from my mentor (Scott Abel)...all circuits are NOT created equal...they SHOULD be based on a present 'needs state' of the individual and should not be a collection of exercises as I often see at many gym locations...
