I just started training again after a 2 month lay off. Im expecting pain lol I have to tell you I missed it. It brings you back to life. I really dont understand why more people dont do some exercise? The feeling you get would probably put the doctors and pharmacy's outta bussiness who sell these anti depresents

S,
I'm with you to a certain degree for sure.Exercising with "intensity" is one of the most invigorating feelings one can experience. We all know Arnold's famous quote from "Pumping Iron",right? Endorphins are produced by the pituitary gland and the hypothalamus in vertebrates during strenuous exercise, excitement and orgasm and they produce a sense of well-being.I know I feel great after an intense workout...it's great feeling alive.

Hi bs I feel the same way when I train, this past month that I have been off, was good, but I can't wait to get back into the game. Good luck with your training. Tina
