Davisk,
Once again,I don't beleive in forcing anything with the body to that degree...anyone who loses 30+ LBS whether for a fight or cosmetically,is just overkill and will affect the body and metabolism in a negative way...my fighters are always within reach and their bodies are usualy 'trained' to drop the necessary weight in a healthy and effective manner...it's basically effortless on my fighters' end really...for myself,it's all about biofeedback as well as far as power is concerned and power endurance...as long as those two factors as well as the fighters psyche remain positive, all else is basically 'full-proof'...

i take fights anytime i can get them so they range a whole lot;also,i'm usually within 10 lbs of fighting weight.Theo has programmed my metabolism to a point where i don't even feel the drop in weight.honestly,i feel great come show time.i've seen many feel like crap because of the stupid methods they use like sudden weight drops, water drops, etc.

What weight class do you fight at? 185? Are you fighting as a pro or amateur?
