Theo, I was just watching some Crossfit videos on youtube, and while it doesnt interest me in the least, I would be interested to hear your take on it, and how it stacks up to MET training or the hybrid training some of you Abel guys do. Of course, any opinions on it are welcome.

Crossfit to me is a little too general for my liking BUT can still be viable,especially when metabolism is concerned.It would greatly depend on the trainee and the goal in question.If strictly concerned with metabolic rate and overall leaness,then yes it is a viable tool...BUT for developement,not really...this is why I prefer MET as well as it's HYBRID approach between MET + Innervation target training.Thus,for me,MET / HYBRID / INNERVATION are preferred choices especially when overall development + leaness are the main focus.But again,the trainee needs to be assessed for proper programming...
