Hey Theo,
Question on dairy.
I'm seeing alot of controversial information on dairy.
I'm also working with Scott. He's got me eating Cottage cheese once a day. I'm wondering how do you go about figuring out whether or not someone will do well on something like cottage cheese vs. not. I'm also curious about greek style yogurt. Some again qualify for it, while others do not. What's the criteria? What are we looking at, in terms of assessment, client needs, etc.?

Welcome to the forums...
Well first off,for myself,I prefer clients rotate as many protein, carb, fat sources as possible once they reach a certain level of consistency within their initial plan I hand out to them...cottage cheese is a great way to get quality protein and have something that sits well as far as satiety...greek yogourt is great as well...nevertheless,depending on initial response to initial diet plan will give me a greater idea of where to go from there as well as the independant goals of each client...whether it'd be cosmetics, performance, energy output, etc. For myself, once the initial plan is followed consistently and you reach a level of response where metabolism is humming positively there's not too much you CAN'T eat from the healthier variations...hopes this helps...good luck with Scott...
Best Theo

Theo, I agree with you on rotation.
What type of 'initial' signs are some of the most common you find with your clients?
I found it interesting, after removing cottage cheese and replacing it with another protein source for one of my female clients, we noticed a rapid improvement in her body comp. I'm just wondering what is due too. Food sensitivity = water retention, inflammation, higher production of cortisol, etc....?
Do you find a 45/45/10 split to work most commonly for clients?
